MICHAEL BIBRING
Michael is a solicitor who ceased practicing in 1996 to concentrate on property development. He held a board position at the MWB Group managing the highly successful development programme which included hotels in iconic brands such as Malmaison, De Vere, Hotel Du Vin and Village Hotels. As such he has been responsible for many millions of square feet of development in the residential, office, hotel and leisure sector. Michael is a co founder of Fresh Lime Developments.
LEE BIBRING
Lee is a corporate finance solicitor who ceased practicing in 2009 to switch career path and concentrate on property development. Along with Michael, he identifies and acquires our developments as well as overseeing the delivery of them. His expertise includes new build sites and multi-flat refurbishments. Lee is a co founder of Fresh Lime Developments.
VINCENT MARTINEZ
Vincent is the senior member of our delivery team. He has worked at senior executive level for over 40 years and has a successful track record with major PLC companies in project management, asset management, acquisitions, disposals and property development. He has considerable experience in branded retail concepts for the hotel and leisure sectors with knowledge of a wide range of property portfolios.
CATHERINE MASON
Catherine has been involved in the construction industry for the past 25 years and more recently has acted as project manager on leisure and residential developments, with specialist skills associated with finishings and FF&E.
